This research examines the impact of methods communication and artificial intelligence on effectiveness in small medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) Bahrain. A quantitative approach was used to gather data from 211 employees using structured questionnaires. The study convenience sampling deployed SmartPLS4 for Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) SPSS descriptive statistics analysis. examined different strategies (conventional vs. AI-assisted) efficacy. AI included as a mediating variable this results indicate that have substantial ( β = 0.725, T -value 27.612, p 0.000) 0.439, 9.150, 0.000). Artificial (AI) has role connecting communication, acting mediator with an indirect 0.286. mediation effect indicates amplifies influence effectiveness. study’s findings combination strong greatly improves communication. Practical consequences include need firms allocate resources toward well-designed ongoing staff education, smooth incorporation capabilities. Further investigation is needed examine other settings additional elements support these results, order confirm broaden scope study.
