Construction sites are among the most hazardous workplaces, making safety a critical concern in sector. This study investigates interplay between leadership, employee morale, harmonious passion, and performance through lens of social exchange theory. research aims to assess how leadership impacts directly indirectly, with morale acting as mediator while passion moderates these relationships. A quantitative approach was employed, data collected structured questionnaires administered construction workers Istanbul Ankara, Turkey. total 438 valid responses were analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (version 25) Analysis Moment Structures 24) reliability, validity, hypothesis testing. The findings confirm that positively influences both morale. Employees high contribute improved act performance. Additionally, relationship performance, strengthening link higher levels passion. However, its moderating effect on not significant. These insights offer practical implications designing training programs, development initiatives, policies aimed at improving outcomes construction. Future should explore longitudinal designs diverse contexts further validate findings.
