Unethical pro-organizational behavior (UPB) has received growing attention from organizational scholars in recent years. As leadership is a key predictor of employee organizations, research focusing on and UPB holds great potential for theoretical practical advancements. The current paper presents comprehensive systematic review published exploring since 2010. not only situates the concept within relevant literature, but also incorporates various analyses, including context, perspective, design. It identifies leadership-based independent variables, mediators, moderators that impact UPB, which can help advance future theorizing field. Lastly, offers suggestions repositioning field order to build more reliable valuable policy recommendations.

Process improvement strategy (PIS) and employee productivity amid COVID-19 pandemic among bank employees DOI Creative Commons

Purpose This study aims to examine process improvement strategy (PIS) (proxied by remote work, workforce training, and technological innovation), employee productivity amid the COVID-19 pandemic among bank employees. Design/methodology/approach The employed cross-sectional descriptive design applying multistage sampling techniques using convenience select organization stratified simple random 900 respondents for study. Data were collected validated measures of variables designed into a questionnaire. Pearson’s correlation regression analysis establish relationships causal effects respectively. Findings Results showed significant between PIS (work-from-home, workplace innovation) outcome variable (employee productivity); predictive capabilities productivity). revealed that work accounted highest variability ( R 2 = 0.775) in productivity, followed training 0.499), finally investment innovation 0.486)] as such fosters may, therefore, be applied when faced with similar future. Originality/value was recognized its significance examining how supports enhancing banks and, extension, other organizations during pandemic. research has proven crucial providing insights management emerging economies worldwide have previously gone unnoticed It aided extension existing literature on carefully developing framework, thus covering practical knowledge gaps.
