ABSTRACT In an era characterized by rapid technological advancements and global supply chain complexities, Supply Chain Digital Transformation (SCDT) has emerged as a critical enabler of superior Performance (SCP). Grounded in Systems Theory Empowerment Theory, this study explores the mechanisms through which SCDT enhances SCP, emphasizing mediating roles Integration (SCI), Agility (SCA), Resilience (SCRes). Employing mixed‐methods approach, research integrates insights from semi‐structured interviews with survey‐based methodology, validated Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS‐SEM). The findings reveal that significantly both directly indirectly, fostering integration, agility, resilience within chains. also points to many novel findings, for instance, advanced digital adopters larger firms experience more pronounced impacts on SCP than recent smaller counterparts. This offers theoretical contributions integrating dual perspectives provide holistic understanding SCDT's impact practical implications organizations operating dynamic uncertain environments. By situating its context Indian manufacturing, extends discourse transformation emerging economies, highlighting transformative potential technologies building resilient agile
