ABSTRACT This paper explores the benefits and challenges of Diversity, Equity Inclusion practices, with an emphasis on their relevance to UN's Sustainable Development Goals (#5 ‘gender equality’ #8 ‘inclusive economic growth’). While effective DEI practices are linked desirable societal, organisational individual outcomes (e.g., sustainable social, environmental development), there exists a ‘diversity paradox’, where implementation policies yields mixed or contradictory results. Based content analysis official reports websites published by top 20 firms in Fair360's 2024 rankings, this study identifies 26 resources four key capabilities that underpin best potentially avoid diversity paradox. discusses how these contribute achieving SDGs #5 concludes recommendations for future research (including need broader data sources, quantitative studies context‐specific analyses better understand enhance practices).

ABSTRACT The integration of employees with disabilities in the workplace is a critical issue for organizations aiming to foster inclusivity and diversity. purpose this study was examine how team affective climate toward disability influences job inclusion disabilities. Three indicators were considered: satisfaction, commitment, desire stay organization. We examined three mediating mechanisms. First, role team‐shared stigma. Second, quality within‐team relationships. Third, mixed meditational path, where climate→team‐shared stigma→relationships quality→job inclusion. sample composed 258 from 66 teams included 15 organizations. Each an employee used PROCESS test our mediation hypotheses. Our results indicated that indirect effect teams' followed causal chain through shared stigma Implications theory, research, practice based on findings are discussed.
