Construction sites are among the most hazardous workplaces, making safety a critical concern in sector. This study investigates interplay between leadership, employee morale, harmonious passion, and performance through lens of social exchange theory. research aims to assess how leadership impacts directly indirectly, with morale acting as mediator while passion moderates these relationships. A quantitative approach was employed, data collected structured questionnaires administered construction workers Istanbul Ankara, Turkey. total 438 valid responses were analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (version 25) Analysis Moment Structures 24) reliability, validity, hypothesis testing. The findings confirm that positively influences both morale. Employees high contribute improved act performance. Additionally, relationship performance, strengthening link higher levels passion. However, its moderating effect on not significant. These insights offer practical implications designing training programs, development initiatives, policies aimed at improving outcomes construction. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are pivotal in driving economic growth sustainability, necessitating a strategic focus on innovation knowledge application to navigate dynamic markets effectively. Grounded the Natural Resource-Based View (NRBV) Knowledge-Based (KBV) theories, this study investigates interplay between sustainability innovation, application, environmental awareness, entrepreneurial success among SMEs Turkey. The research adopts cross-sectional design, using purposive sampling survey 402 SME owners managers from Istanbul Ankara. Data were collected via electronic surveys analyzed SPSS AMOS validate measurement model test hypotheses through PROCESS macro for mediation moderated analysis. findings reveal that significantly enhances by allowing businesses develop products services address social concerns. Essentially, integrating entrepreneurs create growing market demand eco-conscious solutions. Moreover, positively influences mediates relationship success. Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) emerges as a promising tool to improve strategic decision-making in business environment characterized by increasing complexity. This study explores how artificial intelligence (AI) can enhance strategic decision-making by integrating with four established schools: Classical, Adaptive, Resource-Based, and Processual. While AI improves data-driven insights, it lacks the foresight, contextual awareness, ethical judgment inherent in traditional frameworks. Using a structured literature review, this conceptual evaluates synergy between schools. Sources were selected from peer-reviewed databases, including Scopus Web of Science, using keywords such as "AI-driven strategy," "strategic management," "decision support systems." The findings reveal that enhances Classical strategy through predictive analytics scenario planning, strengthens Adaptive via real-time responsiveness, supports RBV optimizing resource identification, complements Processual facilitating continuous learning. The rapidly growing proliferation of digital technology presents unprecedented opportunities to address sustainability challenges in today’s manufacturing sector. Purpose This study aims to clarify and synthesise the fragmented, multidisciplinary digital transformation (DT) literature, addressing three gaps, namely role of cognitive technologies, employee mindsets required paradoxical tensions firms experience as they transform their firms. Purpose Despite increasing research on artificial intelligence (AI) in business, further studies are needed to understand how AI adoption shapes existing and develops new organisational capabilities. This paper aims examine fosters ambidexterity, both directly indirectly, through decision-making comprehensiveness (DMC), while also exploring the role of family involvement this process. Design/methodology/approach We gathered data a 2-wave survey among 582 management-level participants from UK firms addressed Prolific platform. A moderated mediation model was tested SPSS PROCESS. Findings find evidence partial mediation, as indirectly ambidexterity DMC. However, no moderating effect is observed. Family leverage for effectively non-family firms, with their focus long-term survival adaptability complementing AI-driven without compromising core values or socioemotional wealth.
