Abstract The dynamic nature of security risks confronting the global aviation industry necessitates a deeper understanding factors influencing job-crafting behaviors among airport officers. Grounded in Job Demands-Resources model, this study aims to investigate impact perceived organizational support, work engagement, and social courage (SC) on job crafting Data were collected from 379 officers at Antalya Airport, Turkey’s busiest airport, through face-to-face surveys conducted between January December 2022. findings indicate that support positively influences crafting, with engagement mediating relationship. Furthermore, SC moderates both relationship strength effect crafting. This addresses gaps literature by providing detailed framework illustrates how non-Western context. Promoting fostering employees’ can enhance behaviors, leading more adaptable resilient workforce capable addressing evolving challenges industry.
