Purpose
This
study
aims
to
investigate
how
the
COVID-19
pandemic
has
impacted
growth
of
FinTech
within
Jordanian
context.
Specifically,
it
examines
antecedent
factors
influencing
users’
intentions
adopt
and
use
services
during
this
unprecedented
period.
Design/methodology/approach
A
quantitative
research
method
approach
with
partial
least
squares-structural
equation
modelling
was
used

proposed
model.
Findings
The
results

path
revealed
that

behavioural

The

paper

Z

Purpose
The
main
purpose
of
this
study
is
to
determine

government
service
apps
intention
and

unified
theory
acceptance
technology
(UTAUT)
