Blended team-based learning (BTBL) has become a popular pedagogical method in tourism and hospitality (T&H) education. However, its efficacy developing industry competencies remains underexplored. This study addresses this gap by applying Social Learning Theory to examine how BTBL constructs perceived enjoyment, individual learning, team effectiveness, knowledge-sharing influence cross-cultural readiness (CR). employed correlation regression analyses using SPSS Process Model 81 on data from 272 T&H university students enrolled BTBL-based courses. provides novelty confirming the relationship among extending model determine chain-mediation effects of influencing CR. These imply that enhances learners' through social learning. As implication, recommends educators develop CR related skills implementing activities, which provide learners exposure "real-world" scenarios autonomy discuss collaboratively make critical decisions as team.

La inteligencia artificial (IA) está generando, al mismo tiempo, altas expectativas y preocupaciones sobre su repercusión en el empleo la educación. Su creciente adopción supone automatización de diversos procesos, lo que plantea retos cuanto a reconfiguración los roles laborales necesidad habilidades humanas renovadas. En ámbito educativo, IA posibilita personalización enseñanza aprendizaje adaptativo, aunque surgen interrogantes torno papel del docente integración competencias digitales currículo. El presente estudio examina cómo modificando educación sector turístico, utilizando para ello un análisis bibliométrico una revisión sistemática. Con esta aproximación, se pretende redefinir actividad turística transformar procesos enseñanza-aprendizaje. Dada importancia turismo economía global, resulta fundamental promover formación adaptativa capacite futuras generaciones afrontar desafíos emergentes. Entre principales hallazgos, destaca programas capacitación conjuntos entre instituciones educativas empresas, planes estudio, atención dilemas éticos formulación políticas faciliten transición laboral responsable.
