The reality of strategic leadership practices and its relationship to achieving quality work life, A field study at Sohag UniversityThis aimed know the University, life among faculty members their assistants University.And identify correlation between impact gender variables, years experience, academic degree on perceptions sample, address problem study, descriptive approach was used.The sample consisted (617) , used a questionnaire distributed that contained (81) items, validity reliability were verified.The showed dimensions ranged high medium, there positive life.The also statistically significant differences level (0.01) response averages about practice according variable in all except (strategic orientation ethical practices).According experience qualification (ethical practices), (life-work balance, satisfaction, social relations), presence Differences (working conditions), recommended set recommendations, most notably: increasing activation university; Because great importance developing improving performance activating working for university by participation decision-making, meeting needs human resources, social, economic, psychological others.

Research background: The global corona pandemic that broke out at the beginning of 2020 is considered a catalyst for necessary digitization organizations - including in social economy. In addition to issues, crisis primarily affects economic framework, particular securing liquidity maintain business activity. Furthermore, shortage skilled workers exacerbated by change labor market. At same time, Generation Y populating job market with their changed demands and presenting employers central challenges. This includes maintaining innovation competitiveness socio-economic organization.
