Abstract Objective: To investigate whether gamification, as an innovative educational tool, may influence engagement and consistency in learning accounting. Research Design & Methods: Critical review of specialist literature, survey research, quantitative methods. Findings: Gamification proves to be effective tool for increasing elements, such points, badges, leaderboards, missions, challenges, students’ motivation learn, encouraging them engage regularly systematically the course material. The results highlight potential gamification a supportive accounting education. Conclusions: Implementing into courses offers numerous benefits, including enhanced learning, which lead better outcomes.
