A software development team often follows a set of phases to ensure the product achieves its objectives. During these phases, it is essential adopt good practices, such as code review, quality. This paper reports case study that aimed evaluate impact adoption review on project developed by an agile at Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein. We analyzed quantitative and qualitative metrics compare two stages project: before after introduction review. After we observed trend bug reduction improvements regarding The discussions between authors reviewers also improved. Additionally, found changes made in very positive.
