Sleep disorders are prevalent non-motor symptoms in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD), significantly diminishing the overall quality of life for and potentially accelerating deterioration motor cognitive functions, progression. Despite increasing research on sleep PD, a comprehensive analysis knowledge structure key issues this field still lacking. This study aims to identify hotspots emerging trends related PD through detailed bibliometric analysis. On October 1, 2024, an extensive search was conducted Web Science Core Collection (WOSCC) database gather relevant literature PD. Bibliometric mapping analyses were performed using CiteSpace, VOSviewer, bibliometrix. Between January 2004, total 3,655 publications published by 3,387 institutions across 87 countries.
