Purpose This study aims to delve into the empirical gap regarding metaverse’s impact on job satisfaction within corporate sector. Aiming explore how perceptions of usefulness and ease use influence satisfaction, this seeks offer insights for organisations contemplating integrating metaverse technologies. Design/methodology/approach Using partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) 4.0 with a targeted sample 385 employees in southern India, assesses constructs such as perceived usefulness, use, integration empowerment satisfaction. Findings The analysis reveals significant positive correlation between benefits results highlight critical roles technological utility enhancing employee levels Practical implications contributes digital workplace innovation discourse, providing evidence potential improve It introduces pioneering scale assessing organisational impacts, offering robust tool future investigations. Originality/value research uniquely examines role fostering advocating its strategic adoption strategies. underscores managerial technologies, suggesting their cultivate more engaged satisfied workforces, thus adding original value existing body knowledge transformations.

This study investigates the key factors which influence design learners’ behavioral intention to collaborate with AI in educational metaverse (EMH-AIc). Engaging learners EMH-AIc enhances learning efficiency, personalizes experiences, and supports equitable sustainable education. However, limited research has focused on these influencing factors, leading a lack of theoretical grounding for user behavior this context. Drawing social cognitive theory (SCT), constructs three-dimensional model comprising external environment, individual cognition, behavior, validated within an setting. By using Spatial.io’s Apache Art Studio as experimental platform analyzing data from 533 SPSS 27.0, SmartPLS 4.0, partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM), identifies those rewards, teacher support, facilitating conditions self-efficacy, outcome expectation, trust cognition also significantly intention. Additionally, mediates relationship between environment not only extends SCT application but provides actionable insights optimizing contributing development
