This review article provides an analysis the recent advancements in non-invasive blood glucose monitoring, detailing methods and techniques, with special focus on Electromagnetic wave microwave sensors. While optical, thermal, electromagnetic techniques have been discussed, primary emphasis focussed frequency sensors due to their distinct advantages. Microwave exhibit rapid response times, require minimal user intervention, hold potential for continuous renders them extremely real-world applications. Additionally, reduced susceptibility physiological interferences further enhances appeal. critically assesses performance by considering factors such as accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, comfort.
