Humankind has been curious about the sky and beyond since its existence. Since most primitive times, researchers have trying to find answers this curiosity. In recent years, a relatively new discipline, astrobiology, emerged frequently asked questions. Astrobiology is an interdisciplinary field that tries explain sky, extraterrestrial life, where life origin came from, evolution, big bang. Extremophiles draw attention as only creatures will enlighten us in understanding conditions mechanisms of living these conditions. This review examines discoveries principal advances concerning both bacteria (Chroococcidiopsis sp., Colwellia psychrerythraea, Planococcus halocryophilus) archaea (Halorubrum lacusprofundi Halobacterium salinarum NRC-1) species which potentials examine astrobiology model organisms. Obtaining findings from different studies open perspectives strategies for several unresolved questions astrobiology.
