As a clean energy, renewable energy has the capacity to reduce carbon dioxide emission associated with economic activities such as international trade. This study assesses moderation role of in trade openness and environmental degradation nexus. Data from 32 Africa countries for 2002-2021 period is used examination. FMOLS DOLS methods show that growth an inverted U-shape relationship emissions confirming EKC hypothesis African countries. Trade urbanization have positive effect on while reduces emissions. More so, openness-carbon nexus negative. indication can dampen openness. Consequently, improve societal welfare by reducing promote environment. Policy issues include need incorporate trading activities.

Life expectancy and mortality rates are important indicators of public health societal well-being, which heavily influenced by environmental economic factors. This study estimates the impacts renewable energy consumption, transportation CO2 emissions, other variables on life in New Zealand using dynamic autoregressive distributed lag simulations methodology during 1972–2022. The findings indicate that a 1% increase consumption household expenditure leads to rises 0.03% 0.005%, respectively, long run. Urbanisation can also boost run 0.43% if its value 1%. However, emissions from transport sector rise run, it will contribute 0.07% decrease expectancy. short-run results show trade expenditure, expectancy, while capital formation reduce it, but with lower impacts. trade, expenditures, urbanisation, 0.59%, 0.52%, 16%, 0.66%, when their values 1%, 1.6%. It declines 0.21% increased These suggest crucial role decreasing improving Zealand. Policymakers must prioritize these achieve meaningful improvements outcomes.

Abstract In order to address the pressing issue of child death, policymakers have increasingly recognized need prioritize health in their policy decisions. The growing literature supports recognition various macroeconomic factors as significant contributors health. However, one element largely overlooked recent research is environmental degradation, which poses a threat health, particularly developing nations. Consequently, current analysis aims shed light on impact degradation and how this relationship influenced by institutional quality (IQ) globalization (GLB). feasible generalized least squares (FGLS) panel‐corrected standard error (PCSE) were used establish empirical using 27 years data (1995–2021) from South Asian economies. As the Latin American economies contend with improving public health while simultaneously dealing ecological issues, understanding determinant of life expectancy becomes imperative. This study explores interaction among environmental technology, economic development, cleaner energy transitions, industrial growth, particulate Matter 2.5 (PM2.5), carbon emission, and their collective impact on across nations. The research incorporates advanced econometric approaches comprising Mean Group (MG), Pooled (PMG), Method Moments Quantile Regression (MMQR). study's outcome established that Gross Domestic Product (GDP), industrialization technologies significantly improve expectancy, especially at higher quantiles. However, highlighted PM2.5 emissions reduce expectancy. Additionally, this supports unidirectional connection between bidirectional flowing from emission to offers a roadmap for America global invest in power supply provide route toward sustainable development better will eventually citizens'

Abstract This research investigates consumption‐based carbon dioxide emissions (CBE) within the Group of Seven (G7) economies from 1990 to 2022, particularly under Paris Agreement. The main focus study is on key determinants such as trade, income, renewable energy consumption, foreign direct investment, and technological innovation. aims unravel complexities underlying environmental footprint consumption. A novel aspect this its intent fill existing gaps in literature by providing a sectoral analysis exploring temporal dynamics consumption patterns these advanced industrial nations. Advanced econometric methods, specifically Cross‐Section Augmented Autoregressive Distributed Lag (CS‐ARDL), are employed enhance robustness reliability analysis. Cointegration relationships among CBE shed light short long‐term interdependencies factors. Using Mean (AMG) Common Correlated Effect (CCEMG) methods conduct checks makes models even more substantial ensures results' validity. implications far‐reaching, extending various stakeholders, including policymakers, businesses, industries, supply chain decision makers. Our identifies significant between G7 economies. findings emphasize urgency adopting strategies that promote sustainable management natural resources. Abstract This study investigates the connections among institutional quality (IQ), globalization, technological innovation, and environmental sustainability in China, using time‐series data from 1995 to 2022. The autoregressive distributive lag model (ARDL) Granger causality, stability, diagnostics approaches were employed for rigorous analysis. Results of ARDL test reveal that IQ innovation have a negative significant impact on carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) emissions long run. In short run, globalization has an insignificant CO emissions; other hand, IQ, foreign direct investment, economic growth significantly affect China. result causality also confirmed unidirectional running toward emissions. Furthermore, NARDL analyses supported this research's findings. suggests implementing effective regulations, improving governance, promoting transparency accountability can enhance enforcement policies. Although allowing limited short‐term planned global engagement associated with ecological goals is recommended. policy recommendations include investing research development green technologies, incentivizing companies adopt eco‐friendly practices, supporting startups focused solutions, which drive positive change
