Background: N7-methylguanosine (m7G) is an important posttranscriptional modification affecting mRNA and tRNA functions stability. The genes regulating the m7G process have been previously found involved in carcinogenesis process. We aimed to analyze role of m7G-related as potential prognostic markers for lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC). Methods: Twenty-nine were selected analysis LSCC cohort Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA). Univariate, multivariate, Kaplan-Meier analyses used evaluate predictive value risk model developed with signature overall survival (OS).. Gene Ontology (GO) Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes (KEGG) pathway enrichment differentially expressed (DEGs) performed high- low-risk groups. Background The aim of this study is to investigate the genetic and epigenetic mechanisms involved in pathogenesis age-related cataract (ARC). Methods We obtained transcriptome datafile th ree ARC samples three healthy, age-matched used differential expression analyses identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs). lncRNA-associated competing endogenous (ceRNA) network, protein-protein network (PPI) were constructed using Cytoscape STRING.
