Adjunctive ketamine vs. buprenorphine in co-occurring major depressive disorder and opioid use disorder: a randomized, double-blind clinical trial assessing anxiety symptom severity and craving intensity

depressive
disorder

Abstract
Opioid
use
disorder
(OUD)
has
emerged
as
a
severe,
ongoing
public
health
emergency.
Current,
frontline
addiction
treatment
strategies
fail
to
produce
lasting
abstinence
in
most
users.
This
underscores
the
effects
of
chronic
opioid
exposure
and
emphasizes
need
understand
molecular
mechanisms

Abstract
People
