The digital revolution has brought rapid developments to the health sector. People were taking advantage of telemedicine technology during COVID-19 pandemic. Telemedicine is highly recommended a pandemic because it will reduce transmission rate viruses, and considered adequate low-cost. Abstract Purpose To explore the palliative care needs and preferences of older adults with advanced or serious chronic illnesses their families. Also, to propose strategies promote supportive in rural communities Indiana, USA. Method We conducted qualitative interviews gather caregivers’ experiences care. Recruitment was done collaboration community partners using social media, flyers, emails, invitations, word‐of‐mouth. A purposive sample family caregivers obtained. All were online. The average interview 30‐45 minutes. Data analyzed a thematic analysis approach. Findings Our findings showed 6 major themes that indicated several patients families include: (1) difficulties pain symptom burden; (2) perceived discrimination lack trust; (3) longer distances facilities; (4) difficult conversations; (5) caregiving (6) use telehealth context. Abstract Objective Rural unpaid caregivers experience different opportunities and challenges than their urban counterparts. Our aim was to understand rural caregivers' experiences of during the Covid‐19 pandemic in New Zealand. Setting northern Zealand pandemic. The current article examines the role of caregivers to support patient participation in video telehealth, using data from interviews with occupational therapy practitioners at Veterans Health Administration. We found that caregiver allowed patients who might otherwise not be able access telehealth do so, factors, such as low technical literacy, contributing involvement. Abstract Background This study aimed to understand rural family doctors’ expectations for elderly telehealth management, provide a reference constructing suitable remote health management model the in China, and improve quality of home care. Methods Objective sampling was used conduct semi-structured interviews with 13 doctors Henan province, themes were summarized using Colaizzi analysis. Results Four nine subthemes extracted. Rural (a) had limited knowledge management; (b) exhibited strong willingness apply (c) specific content care (daily life guidance; chronic disease safety exercise instruction; psychological support); (d) expected implementation support (setting up multidisciplinary team “village doctor” as link offline follow-up). Conclusion As some know little about publicity should be strengthened.
