Abstract Background The pathological mechanism of the gastrointestinal forms food allergies is less understood in comparison to other clinical phenotypes, such as asthma and anaphylaxis Importantly, high‐IgE levels are a poor prognostic factor allergies. Methods This study investigated how influence development intestinal inflammation metabolome allergic enteritis (AE), using IgE knock‐in (IgEki) mice expressing high IgE. In addition, correlation altered with gut microbiome was analysed. Results Ovalbumin‐sensitized egg‐white diet‐fed (OVA/EW) BALB/c WT developed moderate AE, whereas OVA/EW IgEki induced more aggravated enhanced eosinophil accumulation. Untargeted metabolomics detected increased N‐tau‐methylhistamine 2,3‐butanediol, reduced butyric acid faeces and/or sera mice, which accompanied Clostridium Lactobacillus at genus level. Non‐sensitized (NC/EW) did not exhibit any signs NC/EW marginal degrees AE. Compared lysophospholipids, sphinganine sphingosine were serum faecal samples mice. several associations microbiome—for example Akkermansia lysophosphatidylserine—were detected. Conclusions Our results suggest that alter systemic endogenous microbiota‐associated metabolites experimental contributes deepening knowledge molecular mechanisms for AE provides clues advance diagnostic therapeutic strategies diseases.

Malnutrition, which includes macro- and micronutrient deficiencies, is common in individuals with allergic dermatitis, food allergies, rhinitis, asthma. Prolonged deficiencies of proteins, minerals, vitamins promote Th2 inflammation, setting the stage for sensitization. Consequently, malnutrition, fosters development while an adequate supply micronutrients promotes immune cells regulatory tolerogenic phenotypes. As protein mimic infection, body’s innate response limits access to these nutrients by reducing their dietary absorption. This review highlights our current understanding physiological functions allergenic iron, vitamin A, particularly regarding reduced bioavailability under inflamed conditions, necessitating different approaches improve Additionally, role most allergens as nutrient binders involvement nutritional immunity will be briefly summarized. Their ability bind close association can trigger exaggerated responses allergies deficiencies. However, nutrient-rich also provide health.

Cellular senescence, a stable state of cell cycle arrest induced by various stressors or genomic damage, is recognized as hallmark cancer. It exerts context-dependent dual role in cancer initiation and progression, functioning tumor suppressor promoter. The complexity senescence arises from its mechanistic diversity, potential reversibility, heterogeneity. A key mediator these effects the senescence-associated secretory phenotype (SASP), repertoire bioactive molecules that influence microenvironment (TME) remodeling, modulate behavior, contribute to therapeutic resistance. Given intricate biology, presents both challenges opportunities for intervention. Strategies targeting pathways, including senescence-inducing therapies senolytic approaches, offer promising avenues treatment. This review provides comprehensive analysis regulatory mechanisms governing cellular tumors. We also discuss emerging strategies highlighting novel opportunities. deeper understanding processes essential developing precision improving clinical outcomes.

In the general population, Bronchial Asthma (BA) and Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) are among most prevalent chronic respiratory disorders. Significant epidemiologic connections complex pathogenetic pathways link these disorders via interactions at genetic, epigenetic, environmental levels. The coexistence of BA OSA in an individual likely represents a distinct syndrome, that is, collection clinical manifestations attributable to several mechanisms pathobiological signatures. To avoid terminological confusion, this association has been named alternative overlap syndrome (vs represented by obstructive pulmonary disease-OSA association). This comprehensive review summarizes complex, often bidirectional links between constituents syndrome. Cross-sectional, or clinic-based studies unlikely elucidate causality directionality relationships. Even longitudinal epidemiological evaluations cohorts developing over time OSA, during follow-up cannot exclude factors causal influence other known unknown mediators. As such, lot pathophysiological described here have suggestive evidence, biological plausibility, potential actual directionality.
