Food allergy represents a significant public health concern, with its prevalence increasing in recent decades. Tree nuts are among major allergenic foods, and allergies to them frequently linked severe potentially life-threatening reactions. Data on the natural history of tree nut limited. Abstract Evaluation of the cow’s milk (CM) and hen’s egg (HE) ladder to improve medical care children with CM and/or HE allergy. ABSTRACT Aim Food allergies may decrease health‐related quality of life. We assessed life in Finnish children at risk a severe peanut or tree nut allergy and their parents. Cow's milk allergy (CMA) is the most common food in infants. This study aimed to identify peptide biomarkers predictive of tolerance a Spanish population children with CMA. We investigated specific IgE and IgG4 binding sequential epitopes five major CM allergens (α-s1-, α-s2-, β-, κ-caseins as well β-lactoglobulin) using microarray-based immunoassay. Peanut allergy is a persistent and potentially life-threatening condition affecting millions worldwide, necessitating effective therapeutic strategies beyond strict avoidance. Oral immunotherapy (OIT) has emerged as promising approach, with peanut (Arachis hypogaea) allergen powder dnfp (Palforzia Aimmune therapeutics Brisbane Calif]) being the first FDA-approved standardized OIT for allergy. This review synthesizes current clinical evidence on PTAH (peanut-tolerant Arachis hypogea), focusing its efficacy, safety, long-term outcomes. A systematic literature search was conducted, analyzing key phase 3 trials, including PALISADE, ARTEMIS, POSEIDON, well extension studies such ARC004 ARC008. Findings indicate that significantly increases protein threshold tolerated by allergic individuals, reducing risk of severe reactions upon accidental exposure. While adverse events gastrointestinal symptoms anaphylaxis occur, they are generally manageable decline over time continued therapy. Notably, younger children in POSEIDON trial exhibited higher desensitization rates, suggesting potential benefits early intervention. Food allergies are becoming more common globally. The strict elimination diet, as the main approach so far, has a negative impact on different areas of lives children suffering from food allergies, well their caregivers. Oral immunotherapy (OIT), which consists ingesting small, gradually increasing amounts allergens, is promising approach. Although efficient, this accompanied by frequent adverse reactions (AR), some severe anaphylaxis.
