Objective: The objective of this study was to examine the role organizational behavior (OB) and leadership styles towards Employees Performance (EP) in petrochemical companies Saudi Arabia. Method: This is quantitative applied an online approach using Google. Forms gather information from respondents. utilized 165 valid responses conclude investigation. Using multiple regression analysis, highlights influence Organizational Behavior (OB), Democratic Leadership Style (DLS), Bureaucratic Styles (BLS) on (EP). Results: findings showed that OB has positively affected EP. Three out five hypotheses (two independent variables one mediator variable) were statistically significant: (T=-3.678, p<0.001, β= -0.240), DLS (T= 5.604, β=0.383), BLS 2.979, p=0.003, 0.195) ALS, other hand, not significant EP (T =0.922, p=0.358, β=0.063). Also, LLS (T=1.427, p=0.155, 0.099). Conclusions: suggest specific ways enhance supervisors. It indicated increased would result a BLS. Leaders or supervisors should be aware what crucial for their teams businesses inspire team members view possibilities problems new ways. Supervisors also have own goals strategies helping subordinates grow as players collaborative workers. innovative associates look more options rather than settling performance meets standards. values employees develop business strategies, plans, procedures, practices department unit will likely employees' well-being. Purpose Drawing on the leader–member exchange (LMX) theory, we examine role of empowering leadership in employee organizational commitment and citizenship behavior. Furthermore, if these relationships are explained by factors such as follower trust leader authenticity. Design/methodology/approach We draw survey data from 153 individuals serving hospitality industry sector. The analyzed using structural equation modeling. Findings Results show that a positively mediates relationship between behavior well commitment. also find direct association two outcomes. The purpose of this research is to explore the effect empowering leadership on employee improvisation, including mediating roles challenge stress and hindrance as well moderating role psychological availability.Four proposed hypotheses were tested using hierarchical regression analysis bootstrapping method by reference two waves data collected in 2021 from 248 employees working for organizations located southern China.The results showed that had a positive which was mediated stress.
