ABSTRACT Unethical pro‐organizational behavior (UPB) aims at advantaging the organization while transgressing relevant laws or widely held norms of ethical conduct. Across three studies (Study 1 N = 138; Study 2 413; 3 139), paper examines whether identity leadership plays as an antecedent employees' UPB intention based on two simultaneous processes: one process related to leaders being perceived exemplary group members, who model and inspire given standards a function procedural justice employees experience within their workgroup; other strengthening organizational identification. This paper examines the relationship between leaders' personal traits or leadership traits, creativity, engagement, work performance, and innovative behavior in several Vietnamese universities. The findings aim to help university administrators refine their qualities styles enhance these behaviors lecturers. Data were primarily collected through survey responses from a convenience sample of 95 instructors employed at partial least squares structural equation model was used analyze data, resulting that supported one two proposed hypotheses while other unsupported. Due time constraints, this study is limited its small size. Future research should involve larger size improve generalizability findings.

ABSTRACT This study analyses the relationship between Industry 4.0, human values and job insecurity in Colombia against significant technological changes global economic challenges.
