Socially responsible leadership practices in university context: a developing nation perspective

Purpose
The

Purpose
We

Abstract
In
contemporary
entrepreneurship,
leadership
advances

internal

stakeholders’

safeguarding
the
broader

RL
in
small
for-profit
businesses
that
exhibit
a
commitment
to
community
engagement.

analyse
value-driven
purposes

managers
pursue
through
RL,
communities

they
exercise
promote
desired
change,

apply.

located
rural
or
Finnish
towns
were
purposefully
selected
for
this
multiple
case

their
