Identifying key elements for evaluating organizations' complex adaptive leadership readiness (CAL-R framework): paving the way for a measurement tool development DOI

Purpose Traditional management models are no longer viable in this complex era, with fast-pacing markets and various emergent properties affecting organizational success. The present study acknowledges the need for developing a coherent framework that leaders may use to evaluate their adaptive ability. Design/methodology/approach This paper uses theoretical analysis. Findings proposes CAL-R framework, which identifies key characteristics of systems (CAS). These actionable elements, manifested respective behaviors, will increase adaptability. Adaptability is then suggested be mediating factor between leadership practice performance. Research limitations/implications elements developed based on theoretical, non-measurable approach; however, statistical rigorousness also acknowledged. Further research quantitative approach development sound measurement scale. Practical implications Applying effective potentially provide organizations competitive advantage by making them more innovative, able transform adapt environmental needs changes eventually meet goals reach vision. Leaders identified as benchmarks against they can organizations' readiness (CAL-R). Originality/value used order organization’s current maturity level (ability) identify focus develop become competitive.

Background: The information age has ushered in a novel economic model known as the economy, challenging traditional bureaucratic mechanisms that were primarily seen tools to mitigate uncertainty. Within this context, complex leadership emerges paradigm thrives on systemic interactions and intricate dynamics. Here, onus lies establishing framework conditions empower adaptive essence of flourish. Purpose: aim research is establish for optimal management, uncovering previously unexplored factors shaping employee work behavior. By identifying defining key components within management greatly enhance performance, objective cultivate rooted effective practices. Study design/methodology/approach: involved 480 respondents from diverse sociodemographic backgrounds companies. Complexity was assessed using Leadership Scale, measuring Generative Administrative leadership. Employee cooperation evaluated with Scala Supportive Non-Controlling Supervision. Statistical methods included multiple regression, Pearson correlation, t-tests, MANOVA. Findings/conclusions: evaluation shows both are moderately expressed. positively correlates Supervision, achieving statistically significant results. In contrast, negative correlations these supervisory styles. Limitations/future research: limitations methodological nature refer sample employees, according demographic characteristics company characteristics. Also, questionnaires based self-assessment most often imply certain number socially desirable answers. Future should include larger improve external validity ensure empirical evidence obtained variable across range organizational settings.

Coaches’ Perspective on Sustainability and Resiliency in Dancesport Competitions DOI Creative Commons

This study aimed to evaluate the sustainability and resiliency of DanceSport competitions in Region 6 from perspective local coaches. A mixed methods research design was employed analyze current conditions. The included ninety-five (95) coaches 6, representing various provinces: sixteen (16) each Capiz Antique, twenty-four (24) Guimaras, two (2) Bacolod, thirty-five (35) Iloilo, Aklan. Complete enumeration used comprehensively explore these competitions. Statistical tools such as means, standard deviation, Pearson’s r were utilized for data analysis. results indicated that level is perceived "very high," demonstrating strong support resources across region. Meanwhile, rated "high," suggesting although are generally stable, they encounter challenges maintaining continuity under adverse Notably, no significant relationship found between resiliency, underscoring need distinct strategies enhance aspect independently.
