Depression is a common issue among illicit drug users. However, the interaction between addiction memory, family functioning, and depressive symptoms remains insufficiently examined. This study investigates relationship symptoms, with self-esteem serving as mediator. Objective Previous research has shown a correlation between family adaptability and adolescent depression. However, there is lack of studies that have investigated the underlying mechanism Based on Ecological Systems Theory, this study aims to investigate link depression in adolescents, mediated by sequential roles social support self-efficacy. Methods The sample consisted 1086 students randomly selected from seven public middle schools Shandong Province, Eastern China. Abstract Background In recent years, with the increasing prominence of mental health issues among adolescents, social anxiety has become one focal points research.
