Background: In this study, we aimed to investigate the association between a patient’s selection of implant treatment for missing mandibular second molar and magnitude occlusal force, masticatory ability, morphology, age before intervention. Materials Methods: We retrospectively assessed performance, morphology in female patients who either selected or declined unilateral molar. Results: Thirty-three women (mean 56.1 ± 9.7 years) were divided into an (IT) group no-treatment (NT) group. The IT showed significantly higher force (p = 0.021 < 0.05), while performance gonial angle demonstrated no significant difference. Conclusion: had effect on it. Notably, increased with 0.047 0.05).

Implant-prosthetic rehabilitation of the posterior edentulous maxilla is challenging due to inadequate bone volume resulting from alveolar ridge resorption and maxillary sinus pneumatization. This study explores use hyaluronic acid (HA) as a biomaterial in elevation, particularly combination with fluid dynamic approach, an alternative traditional lateral approaches granular biomaterials. Methods: A prospective was conducted on 58 patients edentulism. Preoperative CBCT scans assessed residual height width. minimally invasive surgical protocol utilizing device for fluid-dynamic membrane elevation injection 2% cross-linked employed, followed by simultaneous implant placement. Postoperative follow-up included scan at 12 months evaluate new height, measured mesially distally. Implant stability using resonance frequency analysis second-stage surgery. Results: significant increase observed post-surgery, average gain 7.5 mm. All implants achieved primary stability, no failures or signs peri-implantitis were noted during period. Higher wider sinuses. Conclusions: The transcrestal floor technique combined appears be effective method achieving regeneration maxilla, facilitating implant-prosthetic potentially low risks morbidity. Further large-scale studies are warranted validate these findings across diverse clinical scenarios.
