Cyfluthrin is a widely used insecticide, and studies have shown that its exposure during pregnancy associated with neurobehavioral abnormalities in offspring, but the mechanism of toxicity unknown. In this study, we observed neurodevelopmental rat offspring different ages due to exposure, which manifested series impairments such as persistent cognitive impairment, neuronal loss hippocampal tissues, synaptic damage, altered expression neurodevelopmental-related factors. Hippocampal scRNA-seq neonatal rats showed specific cellular responses prenatal exposure.
