Social neuroscience has acknowledged the role of persuasion but examined either Persuader's or Receiver's neural mechanisms. This study explored electrophysiological (EEG) correlates Persuader and Receiver during a naturalistic persuasive interaction, in which aimed to convince that adopting group decision-making orientation was best solution manage dynamic. EEG data - frequency bands: delta (0.5-3.5 Hz), theta (4-7.5 alpha (8-12.5 beta (13-30 Hz) gamma (30.5-50 were collected from 14 Persuaders Receivers. Findings indicated strategic efforts enhance groupness are linked activation specific bands (delta, alpha) distinguish them There is significant distribution these activations frontal areas (especially, right hemisphere for band), contrasting with more temporal posterior observed Receivers (where generally less activated). The concludes that, under same behavioral conditions terms orientation, interaction shows markers connote characterized by greater attentional effort interaction.

This study examines the impact of positive and negative feedback on recall past decisions, focusing behavioral performance electrophysiological (EEG) responses. Participants completed a decision-making task involving 10 real-life scenarios, each followed by immediate or feedback. In phase, participants' accuracy (ACC), errors (ERRs), response times (RTs) were recorded alongside EEG data to analyze brain activity patterns related recall. Results indicate that accurately recalled decisions with had slower RTs, suggesting an attentional bias toward information could increase cognitive load during memory retrieval. A lack difference in implies social stimuli situational goals may influence positivity bias. showed distinct patterns: lower alpha band frontal regions (AF7, AF8) for both correct incorrect recall, reflecting focused attention control. Correctly higher delta activity, often linked aversive processing, while recalls beta gamma activity. theta feedback-dependent modulation electrode values feedback, suppression. These findings suggest recalling self-threatening require greater effort, as seen increased which motivational processing selective provides insights into neural mechanisms feedback-based showing how valence affects not only outcomes but also emotional processes involved decision
