The striped flea beetle (SFB), Phyllotreta striolata, is a significant pest of cruciferous crops. Entomopathogenic fungi (EPF) hold great promise for the integrated management (IPM) SFB. However, lack understanding different interactions between SFB and EPF restricts development mycoinsecticides. This study aims to elucidate interaction performance with three EPF—Beauveria bassiana BbPs01 (Bb), Metarhizium robertsii MrCb01 (Mr), Cordyceps javanica IjH6102 (Cj). bioassay results indicated that virulences adults were recorded as Bb > Mr Cj. Then, distinct infection pathways observed, in which penetrated cuticle via germ-tubes appressoria, typically invaded using while Cj employed germ-tubes. Moreover, symptoms following by species recorded. primarily caused lose their appetite, become sluggish, die rapidly. In contrast, infected often experienced shivering, uncoordinated movement, slower death. Cj-infected larvae frequently displayed dendrite-like melanization originating from spiracles, exhibited weak shivering slow death, seems similar Mr. Our findings provide novel insights into insects offer valuable materials enhancing application mycoinsecticides control

This study examines the evolving role of canola biofuel in achieving energy security, analyzing its historical significance, current challenges, and prospects. Once a dominant feedstock for biodiesel production Europe, is facing decline relevance due to emergence second- third-generation biofuels, which offer greater economic environmental advantages. The research highlights key factors influencing this shift, including high costs, resource-intensive cultivation, suboptimal life cycle performance. Through correlation causality analyses, finds no definitive relationship between oil prices frequency scientific publications on suggesting other drivers, such as policy technological advancements, play more significant role. Despite diminishing prominence, retains value diversification rural agricultural support, geographic, policy, investment constraints. findings emphasize need prioritizing development sustainable efficient technologies address global challenges.
