Traumatic dental injuries (TDIs) are a frequent challenge in pediatric dentistry, requiring coordinated interdisciplinary approach for successful management. These can affect various tissues and pose significant diagnostic therapeutic challenges, particularly young patients with developing dentition. This review aims to explore the complexities of managing TDIs permanent dentition, focusing on role orthodontics, endodontics, other specialties providing comprehensive care. We highlight importance collaboration achieving optimal functional aesthetic outcomes, emphasizing need updated tools treatment protocols tailored growing child. Specific recommendations provided clinicians integrating orthodontic endodontic management trauma cases, minimizing complications ensuring long-term prognosis.
