Driven
by
the
increase
in
mobile
applications,
this
study
tests
a
conceptual
model
which
links
antecedents
of
Food
delivery
applications
(FDApps)
and
their
effect
on
electronic
trust
(eTrust)
loyalty
(eLoyal).
By
adopting
quantitative
approach,
we
employed
self-administered
questionnaire
distributed
among
501
regular
users
FDApps.
Partial
least
squares
path
modeling
was
used
to
test
seven
hypotheses
including
direct,
moderating,
mediating
effects.
The
findings
reveal
that
eTrust
significantly
contributes
fostering
eLoyal.
Additionally,
mediates
relationships
between
privacy
(ePriv),
security
(eSec),
payment
(ePay),
usability
(ULY),
innovativeness
(eInnov),

reputation
(RTN)
has
positive
moderating
relationship

Purpose
There
has
been
a
dramatic
rise
in
the
use
of
online
food
delivery
apps
(FDAs)
services
since
COVID-19
pandemic.
Though
FDAs
have
contributed
significantly
to
demand
for
products
from
gourmet
industry,
little
is
known
regarding
factors
that
inspire
customers
order
FDAs,
subsequently
influencing
customers’
satisfaction.
Considering
knowledge
gap,

(S-O-R)
model
conceptualize
factors:

(eWOM,
reviews
and
deals
as
external
stimuli,
