Purpose This study consolidates the current state of knowledge in customer experience (CX) research by examining literature published over last 20 years (2003–2022). The purpose is to create a holistic snapshot through synthesis extant CX research; and thereafter, leverage generate directions for future inquiry. Design/methodology/approach uses systematic review (SLR) using SPAR-4-SLR protocol set 277 articles. We follow it up with scientometric analysis techniques bibliographic coupling betweenness centrality measurement. Finally, extract topics from full-text content sampled articles, we carry out topic modelling BERTopic. Findings unearths following insights: (1) predominant underlying are: service experience, store brand marketing, mall online shopping, fun luxury equity loyalty artificial intelligence (AI) machine learning (ML) augmented reality (AR) virtual (VR); (2) suggests existence six clusters research. also showcases nucleus research, flagship major publication outlets representative studies each extracted topic. ABSTRACT This study analyzes carbon accounting (CA) and true cost (TCA) to measure decarbonization practices meet the sustainable development goal (SDG) 1 (end poverty in all its forms everywhere). Numerous fashion brands, such as Patagonia, H&M, and Levi’s, offer take-back programs, encouraging customers to return used clothing for monetary incentives so that the brands can resell, recycle, or donate them. Drawing on social exchange theory, this study suggests consumers are more likely participate in a loyal brand’s program they own items from due repeated purchases. Loyal consumers, viewing part of an ongoing relationship with brand, may because perceive greater benefits than non-loyal consumers. In turn, benefit by keeping engaged through product collection future purchases using coupons. This examines how brand loyalty affects perceived shaping participation intention.
