Higher Education Instituions (HEIs) should be the driving force behind training of college students in terms both hard and soft skills (for example, innovation teamwork competencies), they also do so without neglecting their health well-being, perhaps more than ever these complex times SARS-CoV2 pandemic. Game-based learning (GBL) could a powerful useful tool this regard. There is, however, some controversy surrounding use games for purposes higher education institutions, most research done about issue corresponds to GBL through digital games. Under background, main objective study was test effect on intrinsic motivation (IM), engagement (TWE), team building (TB), competence (TWC), behaviors (IWB) 142 Health Sciences Social Work. After rehearsing small groups, game tested (T2). Our results obtained differential analyses confirmed that undergraduates were intrinsically motivated, experienced TWE, TB, TWC, developed IWB before playing (T1). Therefore, development core personal might promoted effectively by an efficient, engaging, motivating way.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact Inclusive Leadership (IL) and Organizational Justice (OJ) on employees’ Happiness at Work (HAW). Utilizing a mediation mechanism, additionally uncovers mediating Workplace Inclusion (WI). Design/methodology/approach research involved cross-sectional with quantitative methodology, collecting data from 311 employees working in IT sector firms India by administering standardized questionnaires. Statistical analyses, including Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling using SmartPLS4.0, were conducted examine relationship between constructs. Findings hypothesized model was supported. WI mediated partially OJ HAW, whereas there full effect IL–HAW relationship. Overall, shows that providing fair treatment, inclusive leaders promote inclusivity among employees, further enhancing HAW. Research limitations/implications study’s implications suggest leaders, their behaviour practices, can have significant positive workplace happiness when accompanied sense employees. E-leadership, a form of leadership facilitated by advanced information technology, has gained prominence over the past decade, particularly during COVID-19 pandemic, as it extends traditional to support remote work environments.
