Abstract Many people support and stand by political candidates in the same way that a person might significant other. In two studies, we preliminarily explored utility of triangular theory love proposed for figures. first study, data from 87 university students were used to obtain results relating levels intimacy, passion, commitment, satisfaction participant‐chosen figure. We hypothesized commitment would predict higher with Correlational analyses revealed relationships between all three variables satisfaction. stepwise multiple regressions, intimacy passion retained second 299 reported figures: Joe Biden, Donald Trump, Barack Obama. All significantly correlated each candidate. Stepwise regression but not predicted Biden Trump. Intimacy, Voters may experience kind figures, understanding this relationship have implications helping voters make informed decisions during elections.

This research intends to shed additional light on the effects of toxic leadership employee satisfaction, motivation, and performance. Abstract Studies of gender and entrepreneurship highlight the problematic emphasis equality discourse in that ignores wider structural inequalities but provide a limited explanation how allure this is sustained.
