As
the
digital
economy
progresses
aggressively
in
UAE,
ways
which
different
players
interact
with
each
other
are
changing.
Therefore,
strategic
orientations
that
enable
successful
interactions
have
become
a
necessity.
This
study
aims
to
investigate
impact
of
adaptive
marketing
capability
on
market
ambidexterity
presence
orientations.
It
examines
outside-in
and
inside-out
strategies
form
dynamic
capabilities
firms.
Furthermore,
this
identifies
how
higher
firm
highly
competitive
business
environments
as
case
UAE.
A
quantitative
deductive
approach
using
survey
is
followed
order
test
proposed
hypotheses.
The
data
were
collected
from
senior
management-level
individuals

Abstract
Ever
since
the
rise
of
Internet,
digitalization
has
been
increasingly
shaping
firms’
business
processes
and
models.
The
rapid
digital
technologies
perhaps
even
changed
some
fundamentals
strategy,
including
strategic
decision‐making,
cognition,
discourse
practices.
However,
limited
effort
made
to
structure
strategy‐oriented
academic
in
era.
This
essay
begins
by
defining
positioning
transformation
from
a
perspective.
We
provide
grounds
for
this
based
on
existing
research
literature
search
review
add
theoretical
field
through
bibliometric
mapping
626
studies
high‐quality
journals
(AJG3
AJG4
journal
quality
levels).
Based
analysis,
we
identify
four
clusters
perspectives:
(1)
transformation,
(2)
(3)
model
innovation
(4)
marketing.
Our
contributes
emerging
these
different
perspectives
phenomena
that
are
relevant
adjacent
strategy
strategizing.
Finally,
position
special
issue
papers
identified,
suggest
potential
avenues
future
research.
