Palliative care is in demand as more people are diagnosed with life-threatening illnesses. provides primary, end-of-life, and bereavement care, considering the diversity of patients’ cultural backgrounds. Various strategies have been developed investigated to improve access for targeted populations. Additionally, palliative intended help patients live well till death. While death inevitable, it nonetheless essential life. However, some still struggle discuss their conditions accept receiving appropriate care. Notwithstanding multitude guidelines, public’s limited understanding or misconceptions concerning pose a significant obstacle healthcare workers delivering effective services. This study aimed to explore the feasibility of cognitive-behavioral model hypochondriasis regarding coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) among firefighters. In addition, we examined possible role their grief reaction and intolerance uncertainty in COVID-related hypochondriasis.An anonymous online survey was done on October 27-28, 2022, firefighters who witnessed people's death. Demographic characteristics were collected, psychological states assessed using rating scales such as Obsession with COVID-19 Scale (OCS), Coronavirus Reassurance-Seeking Behaviors (CRBS), Fear (FCV-19S), Pandemic Grief (PGS), Intolerance Uncertainty Scale-12 (IUS-12).Their OCS score expected by CRBS (β=0.30, p<0.001), FCV-19S (β=0.10, PGS (β=0.29, IUS12 (β=0.04, p=0.024) (F=134.5, p<0.001). Background: One death can cause nine bereavements. Considering the impact of human loss, studies on grief are crucial for better bereavement care services. Purpose: This study examined conducted in Indonesia. Indonesian research mapping will identify gaps and suggest further research. Methods: The reporting a scoping review adhered to PRISMA (preferred elements systematic meta-analysis) statement review. A screening was performed MedLine, Embase, CINAHL, Web Science, Scopus, PubMed, as well manual searches via Google Scholar, Portal Garuda, relevant without language date restrictions. data retrieved literature were analyzed descriptively, themes developed using NVivo software.
