Physical activity (PA) shows positive effects on mental illness. PA and the use of municipal rehabilitation after discharge from psychiatric hospitalisation are inconsistent. The aim this study was to evaluate feasibility acceptability an intervention consisting structured during a personalised physical plan referral for discharge. A mixed-method design used explore intervention. Changes in health-related quality life function were measured using six-minute walk test, 30-second sit-to-stand handgrip strength, patient reported outcomes (SF-36 Patient Specific Functional Scale [PSFS]). Healthcare organisations in the United Kingdom must comply with national standards for food and drink, including sustainable sourcing minimisation, mitigation, management of waste.
