Based on social exchange theory, psychology theories, and despotic leadership this study explored the impact of petty tyranny employee turnover intentions. Specifically, authors examined mediating effect toxic workplace environments through emotional exhaustion relationship among academicians. This study aimed to investigate the impact of workplace violence on work morale, nurses specifically focusing satisfaction and commitment, whether perceived organizational support moderates this relationship. Prior research topic has predominantly explored effects emotional antecedents nurses' turnover intentions, with limited attention given factors. Background: Health workers (HWs) faced considerable psychosocial hazards during the COVID-19 pandemic, which profoundly affected their occupational health and job performance. The potential indirect relationship between workplace violence (WPV) burnout among HWs needs to be further explored. purpose of this study is examine chain mediating effects sleep disturbance work ability in WPV HWs. Methods: A cross-sectional was conducted a secondary hospital two years after outbreak Wuhan, China. sample 571 recruited using cluster sampling method, achieving response rate 80.06%. Participants completed self-report questionnaires that included demographic information measures WPV, burnout, disturbance, ability. Results: prevalence rates were 37.30% 31.52%, respectively. significantly associated with (β = 0.446, p < 0.001). Abstract Aim To identify the relationship between violence‐prevention climate and workplace happiness in hospitals. The secondary objective is to adapt a valid reliable scale different culture healthcare settings. Background Healthcare settings are not immune harmful effects of violence, which can exacerbate existing challenges such as staff shortages. In midst these challenges, organizational efforts ensure safety health workers critical. These contribute positively workers' or well‐being. Method Using cross‐sectional design with 400 professionals from five hospitals Trabzon, Turkey, data collection involved Violence‐Prevention Climate Scale Workplace Happiness Scale. Confirmatory factor analysis was conducted test Turkish validity reliability scale, consistency coefficient calculated. Results findings revealed that, on average, employees exhibited high levels ( = 4.22) moderate 3.70). Subsequently, correlation unveiled statistically significant association dimensions p < 0.05, r 0.392). It observed that those who experienced violence did feel safe had lower happiness. Abstract Aim This study aims to examine the influence of single and double‐shift work schedules on hand function cognitive capacities, specifically working memory, attention, response time in nurses.
