Abstract
Background:
Since
November
2022,
China
has
continuously
optimized

adjusted
its
prevention
control
measures
to
achieve

ABSTRACT
The
nursing
profession
has
been
significantly
affected
by
the
COVID‐19
pandemic,
and
nurses
continue
to
suffer
emotionally
psychologically.

study

ABSTRACT
Background:
Nursing
services
are
often
compromised
by
excessive
stress,
burnout,
and
low
job
satisfaction.
