BACKGROUND The rapid progression and integration of digital technologies into public health have reshaped the global landscape care delivery disease prevention. In pursuit better population accessibility, many countries integrated interventions their systems, such as web-based consultations, electronic records, telemedicine. Despite increasing prevalence relevance in varying definitions, there has been a shortage studies examining whether these align with established definition core characteristics (DiPH) interventions. Hence, imperative need for scoping review emerges to explore breadth literature dedicated this subject. OBJECTIVE This aims outline DiPH from different implementation stages promotion, primary tertiary prevention, including surveillance monitoring. addition, we aim map reported intervention characteristics, technical features nontechnical elements. METHODS Original or reports focused on were eligible review. PubMed, Web Science, CENTRAL, IEEE Xplore, ACM Full-Text Collection searched relevant (last updated October 5, 2022). Intervention each identified intervention, target groups, level prevention care, functions, types, extracted used MAXQDA 2022.7 (VERBI GmbH) was qualitative data analysis interventions’ functions characteristics. RESULTS total, screened 15,701 which 1562 (9.94%) full texts considered assessed eligibility. Finally, included 185 (11.84%) publications, 179 Our revealed diverse interventions, telemedical services, apps, records dominant types. These targeted wide range populations settings, demonstrating adaptability. highlighted multifaceted nature necessitating precise definitions standardized terminologies effective collaboration evaluation. CONCLUSIONS Although able among 13 types DiPH, emerging artificial intelligence might underrepresented our study. underscores diversity within groups. Moreover, it highlights importance terminology planning promotes cross-disciplinary by emphasizing clear distinct technological well-defined use cases.

However, profiles awareness use behavior DITs among Chinese nursing professionals remained limited. This study aimed investigate perceived acceptance, intention identify influencing factors in hospitals Shanghai. A total 1421 from 20 across Shanghai were selected as participants between August October 2021. After excluding missing values, 1395 included analyses. Using technology acceptance model, general was measured ease (PEU) usefulness (PU). Intention using two single 5-point Likert scales. Linear logistic regression models mediation analyses developed examine factors. All PU PEU items received affirmative responses (agree or strongly agree) over 50% participants. Of all participants, 1101 (78.9%) expressed DITs; 626 (44.9%) frequent users. Age, bachelor's degree, in-house training on DITs, school-based training, out-of-hospital associated with acceptance.
