This
paper
describes
a
Capability
Approach
analysis
of
the
capabilities,
functionings,
and
conversion
factors
reported
by
learners
on
workplace-based
mobile
language
learning
courses.
The
study
used
secondary
data
from
student
satisfaction
surveys
556
who
were
all
recent
migrants
to
US
using
courses
English.
Use

that

their
participation
in

Abstract
The
computer-aided
writing
system
first
builds
an
English
corpus,
which
mainly
includes
several
aspects
such
as
corpus
selection,
preprocessing,
formula
algorithm
design,
sentence
breaking,
and
judging
whether
the
sentences
are
aligned
or
not.
Anchor
alignment
cannot
perform
a
job
alone;
it
must
work
in
conjunction
with
named
entity
recognition
technology
to
study
connection

HMM
model,
