Abstract Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the fifth most common malignancy worldwide and second lethal human cancer. A portion of patients with advanced HCC can significantly benefit from treatments sorafenib, adriamycin, 5-fluorouracil platinum drugs. However, eventually develop drug resistance, resulting in a poor prognosis. The mechanisms involved resistance are complex inconclusive. Human transcripts without protein-coding potential known as noncoding RNAs (ncRNAs), including microRNAs (miRNAs), small nucleolar (snoRNAs), long (lncRNAs) circular RNA (circRNA). Accumulated evidences demonstrate that several deregulated miRNAs lncRNAs important regulators development which elucidates their clinical implications. In this review, we summarized detailed by affect resistance. Multiple tumor-specific may serve novel therapeutic targets prognostic biomarkers for HCC.

Abstract As the standard treatments for cancer, chemotherapy and radiotherapy have been widely applied to clinical practice worldwide. However, resistance cancer therapies is a major challenge in clinics scientific research, resulting tumor recurrence metastasis. The mechanisms of therapy are complicated result from multiple factors. Among them, non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs), along with their modifiers, investigated play key roles regulating development mediating within various cancers, such as hepatocellular carcinoma, breast lung gastric etc. In this review, we attempt elucidate underlying ncRNA/modifier-modulated radiotherapy, providing some therapeutic potential points future treatment.

Chemotherapy is currently the main treatment for unresectable or advanced postoperative gastric cancers. However, its efficacy negatively affected by occurrence of chemoresistance, which severely affects patient prognosis. Recently, dysregulation in autophagy has been suggested as a potential mechanism chemoresistence, and long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) also shows regulatory role cancer drug resistance. Using sequencing, we found that lncRNA EIF3J-DT was highly expressed drug-resistant cells. In-vitro in-vivo experiments showed activated induced resistance cells targeting ATG14. Bioinformatics experimental results regulated expression ATG14 through direct binding to enhance stabilization mRNA via blocking degradation competitively with microRNA (miRNA) MIR188-3p. Therefore, increased ATG14, contributing activation chemoresistance. Multi-drug resistance (MDR) is a hindrance toward the successful treatment of cancers. The primary mechanism that gives rise to acquired chemoresistance overexpression adenosine triphosphate-binding cassette (ABC) transporters. dysregulation non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) widely concerned reason contributing this phenotype.In review, we describe role intracellular and exosomal ncRNAs including microRNAs (miRNAs), long (lncRNAs), circular (circRNAs) in ABC transporters-induced tumor MDR. Meanwhile, will introduce potential therapeutic strategies which reverse MDR terms reducing expression transporters via targeting ncRNAs, like nucleic acid delivery with nanoparticles as well miRNAs-targeted small molecular compounds.The dysregulated ncRNAs-mediated chemo-resistant cancer not negligible. Finding out underlying may provide theoretical basis for clinical therapy MDR, emergence new approaches gene suppress makes reversing possible despite its application requires further investigations. Abstract Long non‐coding RNA (lnc ) has been verified to participate in the tumour regulation, including oral squamous cell carcinoma ( OSCC ). Nevertheless, role of lnc SNHG 20 on still remains elusive. Here, we investigate physiopathologic functions tumorigenesis and explore its potential mechanism. Lnc was up‐regulated tissue compared with adjacent non‐tumour tissue. Meanwhile, overexpressed cancer stem‐like cells. In vitro vivo, loss‐of‐function experiments showed that knockdown inhibited proliferative ability, mammosphere‐forming ALDH 1 expression, stem factors LIN 28, Nanog, Oct4, SOX 2) growth. Bioinformatics luciferase reporter assay revealed miR‐197 targeted 3′‐untranslated regions 28 by complementary binding. Validation confirmed associated 20/miR‐197/ axis proliferation stemness. summary, our results reveal important function oncogenesis stemness , suggesting vital tumorigenesis.

Mechanically, insulin‐like factor‐1 (IGF‐1) expression miRNA‐338‐3p cells activated receptor IGF‐1 (IGF‐1R) extracellular signal‐regulated kinase (ERK) pathway HUVECs. These results indicated that could IGF‐1/IGF‐1R/ERK pathway.
