ABSTRACT Objective This study aimed to compare the accuracy of an autonomous robotic system for anterior immediate and delayed implant placement. Methods retrospective included patients who underwent dental surgery from September 2022 March 2025 using system. Osteotomies performed with in this were modified by precision side‐cutting drills, along repeated lifting drills minimize deviations. Linear angular deviations two‐ three‐dimensional space assessed matching preoperative planning postoperative cone beam computed tomography. Postoperative pain surgical satisfaction recorded a 100‐mm visual analog scale. The Shapiro–Wilk test, Student's t ‐test, Mann–Whitney U Pearson's Chi‐Square Fisher's exact test used, p < 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results 53 (65 implants) (immediate placement group: 19 patients, 21 implants; 34 44 implants). Comparison implantation showed mean (± SD) coronal deviation 0.57 ± 0.19 mm versus 0.49 0.20 ( = 0.129), apical 0.52 0.21 0.373), 0.53° 0.18° 0.61° 0.28° 0.742). not significantly different between two groups > 0.05). Conclusions demonstrated high comparable both implantation, overall patient satisfaction. could reduce technical sensitivity placement, enhance precision, broaden clinical applications

This clinical retrospective study aimed to compare the deviations in single-tooth implant placement using novel semi-autonomous robotic-assisted surgery system (sa-RASS) and dynamic navigation (DNS) methods. A analysis of medical records from January December 2023 was conducted implantation accuracy sa-RASS DNS partially edentulous patients cone-beam computed tomography. Platform, apex, angular were measured analyzed. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test used check data distribution, along with t-tests or Mann-Whitney U-tests, where appropriate. Fifty-seven (57 implants) analyzed: 29 (29 group 28 (28 group. comparison platform, deviation between 0.91 ± 0.46 mm vs. 1.26 0.51 (p < 0.001), 1.06 0.60 1.51 0.56 3.07° 1.66° 3.71° 1.64° > 0.05), respectively. In addition, there no significant difference different regions (premolar, molar, maxilla, mandible) length 0.05). present study, showed better positional than platform apex deviation, although these improvements may have limited relevance, suggesting that might be advantageous dental surgery.
