Practitioner Review: A core competencies perspective on the evidence‐based treatment of child conduct problems

Background The effective treatment of child conduct problems is understood to rely on a range therapist competencies, yet these have rarely been an explicit focus research. In this practitioner review, we examine core competencies for the delivery evidence‐based parenting interventions in early‐to‐middle childhood. These are examined light research into common elements shared by interventions, literature regarding challenges and conceptualisations such other fields mental health. Reciprocal relations between interparental aggression and symptoms of oppositional defiant and conduct disorders: a seven‐wave cohort study of within‐family effects from preschool to adolescence

The person within: Parents and professionals’ views about the practitioner’s role in a parenting program

Abstract Practitioners’ characteristics and actions influence the implementation of evidence-based programs, but little is known about practitioner’s role in parent-based programs. The present qualitative study first to explore perceptions parents professionals regarding practitioners’ which a parent program directed at children’s behavior problems. Global Workforce Development in Father Engagement Competencies for Family-Based Interventions Using an Online Training Program: A Mixed-Method Feasibility Study
