Abstract Background: Nurses’ intention to leave harms healthcare organizations and the nursing profession. Organizational productivity level that cannot be achieved without their attention improving nurses’ loyalty with quiet firing management nurses quitting. The purpose of this study is examine relationships between loyalty, leave, quitting, firing. Also investigate role quitting on relation Methods: employs a cross-sectional design. Data were collected from in Sohag University Hospital ,Egypt. It was conducted 482 who had worked at employing facility. researchers used SPSS 26 mediated analysis JASP 0.14.1.0 for data analysis. Results: Shows there high statistically significant positive correlation perceived (r .460**), intentions scale =.464**, P<.001), =.450**), while negative = -.300**) =-.186-**). Conclusion: research finding concluded intentions, firing, nurse leave. Also, indirect effect nurses' when acted as mediator variable. Implications health policy: Policy implications increase by increasing participation hospital committees, promotion opportunities, implementation professional practice models, use mentorship programs competitive compensation career development opportunities.

Background/Objectives: Quiet quitting, defined as employees fulfilling only the minimal requirements of their roles without extra effort or engagement, poses unique challenges in high-stress environments like hospitals where commitment directly impacts patient care. This study investigates phenomenon “quiet quitting” within healthcare sector, with a specific focus on hospital staff Greece. Methods: A cross-sectional design was employed, surveying 186 professionals from General Hospital Argos using Questionnaire for Conflicts Healthcare Organizations and Quitting Scale (QQS). Results: Descriptive inferential statistical analyses revealed that 62% participants exhibited characteristics quiet “lack motivation” scoring highest (M = 2.80, SD 0.987) among QQS subscales. Significant correlations were observed between perceived reward fairness motivation levels (r −0.194, p < 0.01) management awareness contributions both −0.313, initiative −0.192, 0.01). Logistic regression identified perceptions key predictor quitting (p 0.05). Conclusions: The findings emphasize critical role equitable systems managerial recognition reducing disengagement. Strategies to enhance employee engagement resolve workplace conflicts are essential fostering resilient workforce.

Çalışmanın amacı bankacılık sektöründe yer alan yöneticilerin sessiz işten çıkarma kavramının sebepleri ve etkilerine yönelik görüşlerini akademik literatürde mobbing bağlamında ortaya koymaktır. Bununla birlikte, kavramın kavramı ile benzerlik gösterip göstermediğini tespit etmek amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmış olup desen olarak olgubilim tercih edilmiştir. örneklemini farklı bankalarda görev yapan kavram hakkında bilgi sahibi olan 20 banka müdürü oluşturmaktadır. Katılımcılara e-posta gönderilerek onayları alınmıştır. Ardından sorular Google form aracılığıyla veriler elde Toplanan betimsel analiz yöntemiyle Yöneltilen sorulara katılımcıların vermiş oldukları cevaplar doğrultusunda, çıkarmanın bir türü olduğu bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır. Sessiz etkilerinin ise yazında gösterdiği sonucuna varılmıştır.
