This
mini-review
presents
our
current
understanding
of
serotonin
type
7
receptor
research
focusing
on
the
possible
network
mechanisms
underlying
behavioral
action
antagonists.
The
is
expressed
widely
throughout
nervous
system
and
known
to
be
involved
in
various
cognitive
physiological
mechanisms.

a
clinically
significant
target
after
discovery
that
its
selective
antagonist

can
exert
rapid-onset
antidepressant

drugs.

Major
depressive
disorder
(MDD)
is
considerably
heterogeneous
in
terms
of
comorbidities,

hamper
the
disentanglement

biological

study,
we
classified
lifetime
trajectories
MDD-related
multimorbidities
into
seven
distinct
clusters,
each
characterized
by
unique
genetic
and
environmental
risk-factor
profiles.
