Abstract Aims This study aimed to examine (a) changes in coping strategies and vicarious post‐traumatic growth (VPTG) across three timepoints of the COVID‐19 pandemic among nurses; (b) discrete groups nurses with unique profiles (c) association these VPTG timepoints. Occupational fatigue is a widespread condition within the nursing workforce, adversely affecting both nurses' health and patient safety. The protracted duration of COVID-19 pandemic, approaching 3 years, has exacerbated challenges faced by nurses globally. escalation in numbers high incidence infections among healthcare workers have intensified occupational fatigue. This study seeks to explore enduring impact pandemic on Chinese through latent profile analysis, identify associated risk factors. Background/Objectives: Several studies have reported alarming rates of mental health issues and sleep problems among nurses even in the post-pandemic era. Objectives: To investigate the levels of change fatigue among clinical nurses in public hospitals and identify potential contributing factors. Design: A cross-sectional, multi-stage sampling study was conducted accordance with STROBE guideline. Methods: This surveyed 2,228 China from October to December 2023 using Wen Juan Xing ( www.wjx.cn ) employed stepwise multiple linear regression analysis assess factors associated fatigue. Background: Healthcare environments expose workers and patients to hazardous substances, leading sickness death. Background: Rest breaks have been shown to reduce acute fatigue, yet not all nurses who take rest report lower fatigue. Background: Health systems cannot effectively support nurse managers without understanding psychosocial effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. Objective: The objective this study was to describe professional quality life frontline nursing management during Methods: A cross-sectional online survey 54 nurses in positions at a large Midwest academic medical center 2022 conducted.
