Background The global healthcare landscape was profoundly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic placing nurses squarely at heart of this emergency. This review aimed to identify factors correlated with nurses’ job satisfaction, impact their satisfaction on both themselves and patients, explore strategies that might have counteracted dissatisfaction during pandemic. Nurses serving in infectious disease ward represent a distinct occupational group that has attracted considerable attention following epidemic outbreaks. However, prior to this study, no research had delved into the underlying mechanism linking anxiety burnout symptoms among nurses. This study aimed explore investigate association between and nurses working such environments scrutinized mediating role of perceived stress moderating influence resilience on principal relationship. The study is aimed at investigating the relationship between psychological resilience and job performance in nurses during Covid-19 pandemic terms of descriptive characteristics.The emergence has mainly affected performances health care professionals, including nurses. Background Front-line nurses have played a critical role during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. A number of qualitative studies reported front-line nurses' experiences and needs in caring for patients with COVID-19. However, application evidence from single study to guide clinical practice has limitations. This aimed explore COVID-19 pandemic through meta-synthesis. Methods Seven databases were searched 1 December 20 January 2022, including PubMed, Web Science, Cochrane register, CINAHL, PsycINFO, MedRxiv, bioRxiv. The quality included was appraised using Critical Appraisal Skills Program (CASP) research appraisal tool. Meta-synthesis used synthesize data studies.
